well, I can tell you what the scarab means, but I a, only guessing about the wings. The scarab is like a dung beetle. The Egyptians saw the scarab roll the dung, it reminded them of how the sun god, Amun Ra rolled the sun everyday. So, logically, the scarab is a symbol of Amun. Now, I don't know for sure, but I'll guess that since Isis/Aset/Eset is one of the few gods/goddesses to have wings, that the winged scarab must have to do with Isis/Aset/Eset too?

I'm making guesses here. But, I read about the scarab thing in a book. I'm not sure if it's reliable.
