wat impact has opneing king tuts tomb on today

Just wondering... when you said Tutankhaten was a mistake, do you mean that him being revealed to the current world, or him becoming pharoah a mistake.

The following is taken from the report on the CT scan of Tutankhamen's mummy:
the scientific team confirmed that King Tut died at about the age of 19. His bones, which indicate a slight build, show that he was well-fed and healthy and suffered no major childhood malnutrition or infectious diseases.
Contrary to accepted thought, Carter did not "stumble" on Tut's burial. According to his own diaries, one of his primary goals was to discover the burial place of Tutankhamen. He hoped, naturally, that he would find an entact tomb, but realistically he was quite sure it would be found empty. When the tomb was found, he first assumed that he had found a cache, and not a burial. It was only when the tomb was opened and he started his examination was it realized that it was a tomb.

I also am getting annoyed with the constant stuff about Tut...after all, this little idiot who saw this site IMed me asking who King Tut was and after I got sick of her asking me, she told all her little friends to ask me, too. I've been blocking people for months now. -_- But anyway...I'd rather see reports on other pharaohs, but most teachers like Unas said can't get past the Tut craze. It doesn't mean I don't like learning about him, but enough is enough!
