What impact did Akhenaten's religion have on the daily lives of Ancient Egyptians?

Sorry if this question has been asked before (and, if it has, could you please send me a link!)

When answering this question, what kind of things would I talk about? I'm trying to think of as many examples as possible of the daily lives of people being directly effected and as many examples as possible of people continuing life... um.. normally, as they would have done before his reign.

Sorry if I'm not making myself clear (ughhh, I'm so tired...). I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me out.
