I read a magazine article a few years ago about
hundreds of mummies stacked in the Cairo museum's basement.
The museum said they didn't have room in the museum for them.
Zahi Hawass said that they were trying to fix the problem.
What is being done? I haven't found any new articles on the subject.

I have a studio in the basement.
It is in the center of the south side of the house, under my bedroom.
Ive made some inquiries to people and checked some books out of the library, but no one really knows if I should / could set the room as bedroom above. I did see in a book that a room in the basement is concidered the same as the room above, and another book said it didnt matter because it was beneath the upper level.
I like the first one better, but Id like some feed back from others about this before I tear down my studio and redecorate it this winter.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
